In return, we ask that you respect this privilege and follow our policies:

• Support your local outdoor shop. Don't brag about your pro deal discounts. If you get questions about your gear, direct people to your local specialty store. Their dollars will stay in your community and keep the outdoor industry thriving.


• Don't share your pro deals. Pro deals are like toothbrushes... you just don't share them. We have built special pro abuse monitoring technology that matches all orders to each member's individual sizing profile. If you are caught ordering gear for anyone but yourself we will terminate your account. For real.


• Be a good steward of the outdoors and the outdoor industry. As an outdoor professional, it's your responsibility to protect and promote wild places for all people to enjoy. When you are approved for pro deals, you become an ambassador for the brands you purchase. Know your gear and sing its praises - in the field, at work and online.


• All sales are final. It's a bummer, but there are no returns or exchanges on pro orders, so please buy carefully. If you have questions about sizing, we can help.
